A visit to Brisbane to see family our newborn grandson and celebrate our other grandson’s birthday coincided with a shooting competition at BISC

So we decided to stay in Brisbane for 5 nights and check out some of the local bars and restaurants.

We stumbled across the Brooklyn Standard after leaving the Fat Angel Sports Bar next door. It is not an obvious place to see through the day. It is one of the best live music and party bars that Brisbane CBD has to offer.
