Ingredients:

  • 1kg approx. topside or silverside roast
  • 1 can of Guinness beer
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-5 Habnaero chillies
  • 1-2 zucchinis depending on size
  • 3-6 button squash depending on size
  • Hand full of green beans
  • ¼ cup of red lentils
  • 4-5 small potatoes
  • 200ml of honey
  • Sprinkle of rosemary
  • 3-4 bay leaves
  • Sweet potato
  • 200 grams Diced bacon
  • 3-4 small brown onions
  • 1 tbs of olive oil

  1. Cut up the steak into bite size pieces, peel and dice the onions and slice up the celery. Place a tablespoon of oil, the steak, onions and celery into pre-heated camp oven and cook until steak is browned.
