Today seemed like a really long ride, it was through some beautiful country though.
We visited Meramec Caverns and did the tour. Got the shirt and souvenirs as well.
Stopped for lunch at the Missouri Hick BBQ, their pulled pork sandwich is delicious. From there on to the Fanning Outpost, home to the world’s largest rocking chair.
Staying on Route 66 we rode through Devil’s Elbow MO. well worth the detour if you weren’t planning on having a look.

We called in at the Route 66 museum at Lebanon MO. found it rather disappointing. Not really worth the visit IMHO. I’d suggest give it a miss and keep travelling
Tomorrow we head on to Tulsa OK.
