Silos and lighthouses
Why silos and lighthouses you may ask? The trip is in a big part an adventure on the Great Ocean Road. As it is a long way from home we wanted to check out some of the silo art trails that are on offer around Australia. The Australian Silo Art is a great website dedicated to all of the silo art location you can visit.
Silo art sites
A great directory of lighthouses in Australia can be found on the Lighthouses of Australia Inc. website. I love lighthouses as it shows both the ingenuity of the time and the hardiness of the lighthouse keepers living in remote and sometimes isolated locations.
