The Oaks Brisbane Aurora Suites is one of our favourite places to stay when in Brisbane. So it was extremely disappointing that when we made our recent booking through booking.com they decided to bill us again. The only charge to be settled was parking which was fine.
When we checked in we did query about paying for parking and was told everything was paid for. I did not believe this to be correct and when I checked out they said everything was fine. So I thought maybe I had the parking wrong.
In the age of online transactions to see the Oaks get it wrong on a 2nd stay with them is a bit of a joke. I do have to wonder how many people they do this to and how long they drag their asses getting it rectified. So service get a score of 1.
