Nothing spectacular today, a lot of the day was simply travelling through the Mojave desert. It’s just kilometres and kilometres of barren land with a strip of road through the centre.
We were following the old 66 from Ludlow to Barstow, the road got so rough we we turned around just after we passed an interstate connection and jumped on the interstate for a while.
Even seen a real life roadrunner run across the road in front of us today, they’re small and fast.
