We woke to a chilly 3°C which was a bit unexpected as we never packed for colder weather. Our destination today was Mount Isa, a journey of roughly 525km.
A side trip into the remains of Mary Kathleen was also on the cards.
Once on the road the chill set in riding in the 3°C morning. By the time we hit Richmond we were pretty cold and needed a coffee and food stop to warm up.
