A lazy sleep in (still an early day for us) seen us head off to City Extra for breakfast. It is one of our favourite breakfast spots around The Rocks.
After breakfast we ventured off taking photos of the day Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, various pubs and old staircases. By this time a refreshment stop was in order and being a public holiday we ventured to the Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel for a couple beers and a snack.
From there is was another wander around looking for some photo opportunities. Our next stop was at The Glenmore Hotel for another beer and a light snack for lunch.
We then spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing in our room before heading off to dinner at The Spice Room for a curry feast. To be honest the local curry restaurant in Yeppoon does a Beef Vindaloo better as well as their Naan bread,
We finished the night off we a wander around the Vivid lightshow. Very impressive and well set out , we also captured it on video linked at the top of this page.
