After a relaxing evening, with dinner and a few drinks it was time to hit the road again. Our destination today was the same as in our 2024 tour. We were heading to Parkes with a breakfast stop at the usual Maccas at Moree. As we had done this stretch of road many times, today we would travel via Trangie and Narromine.
Our original plan was to visit the Narromine Aviation Museum, but we never checked on the days it was open. Unfortunately, the only day it was closed was Tuesday which today happened to be. Never mind we seen some great countryside and pulled up for a cold beer and a spot of lunch at the Imperial Hotel at Trangie.
Once we hit the road again it was a pretty uneventful drive to Parkes to end our day. We had hoped we would get to Parkes in time to visit the Henry Parkes Centre in well Parkes. Time was against us though.
Once we checked in the the Coachman Hotel-Motel at Parkes we had a couple of beers at the bar and walked up the road to get some pizza for dinner.

Our motel for the night was the Coachman Hotel-Motel at Parkes. It is nothing flash, well priced and located for a short stay in Parkes though.
